Mark Brough is Research Officer, supporting Publish What You Fund’s research and monitoring work and developing tech and advocacy tools from this. Recent projects include the design of visualisations to monitor aid and budget flows to Uganda; and a mapping of donor aid data in an open source platform, OpenSpending. Mark’s previous experience includes working as a researcher for a Member of Parliament, as a project manager at OXAB Kosovo and as a consultant to CAFOD. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
