Denis Bartelt is a trained advertising photographer and has worked in several agencies as a photographer, project leader, marketing and product manager, as well as editor of local daily newspapers. In 2003, he founded his internet software agency tyclipso.net. During the end of 2010 and in partnership with Tino Kreßner, as Startnext Crowdfunding gUG he founded the crowdfunding platform www.startnext.de. In 2011 and again partnered with Tino Kreßner, he initiated the social media agency tyclipso media evolution UG. In the same year they organised the first co:funding conference, which was then Germany’s first crowdfunding conference. The co:funding conference is a project of tyclipso media evolution UG and is organised via the crowdfunding portal startnext.
