Call for Papers

Are you an activist, researcher, developer, teacher, or entrepreneur working toward an open and fair digital society? You are ready for action? Then you should be at re:publica 2012.

ACTION! The past years social media has become the vehicle for political and social movements. Today, digitalisation is affecting all areas of life, political, social and economic. It is time to review existing concepts of business, finance, mobility, and resource distribution. Following the DYI movement we aim to develop new models and ideas about consumption and production. At this year’s re:publica, we invite you to join us in re:thinking, re:designing and re:building today’s society.

WE HAVE: Germany’s largest and one of Europe’s most exiting conferences with international speakers and over 3.000 visitors. 2012 re:publica will take place from May 2nd to May 4th in a new, unique venue: the STATION-Berlin. We offer space for action and a stage for your ideas.

YOU HAVE: A great idea, project or topic. We are looking for creative, high-level talks, engaging discussions and hands-on workshops for our 2012 programme. If you wish to contribute and be part of re:publica then please take part in our call for papers.

BY WHEN? The online template will be available for you until January 31st at this location.

If you have questions, please see our FAQ.

We are looking forward to your contribution!
